If it is pure water, let it dry and then clean with a special velour/suede eraser and spray with nourishing spray. If something oily or coloured comes out, then quickly blot with a napkin, clean with alcohol or water, let dry and use the eraser and nourishing spray again. The result won't be perfect, but it's better than leaving it alone.
