The January belt is very comfortable, it doesn't bite on bare flesh (but I guess it depends on skin sensitivity). Size L-XL is also for very strong people. It is firm. It definitely met my expectations.

Absolutely great belt that can be worn in summer. It helps with back pain, SI, prevents diaper rash, is light and comfortable to wear. I have X belt at home, this is the only one I use and I bought it for my mom, so I can highly recommend it!!
