The mat is fantastic, no doubt about it. I don't plan on carrying it anywhere, nor do I recommend it. It's just too heavy and bulky for that. For carrying, I can imagine a shorter, lighter version. At home, however, it serves great, uses varied, far from just for yoga.

The pad is bulkier and heavier than regular foam pads, but this is to be expected as it is wool. Otherwise great, the benefits outweigh.

I have allergies to rubber pads and natural rubber and also did not protect me from cold tiles , this pad solved everything , it costs something but really great I recommend for home exercise .)

Amazing yoga mat, it's warm and I'm finally not cold from the floor. I don't know why I didn't buy it a long time ago.:-). It's longer and wider than regular yoga mats, soft and finally a dark practical color. I highly recommend it. It's great to relax on.
