I was worried about it being too high on me but the two sides and great fit make it great. I was using a wool pillow from here before and that's great too, but it does come off after a while, plus I started sleeping more on my side and it was already a little low for that.

Since I have problems with my cervical spine, I have tried several orthopedic pillows. I sleep on my back and on my side and this pillow finally fits me. It has a cutout in the middle on one side and a protrusion on the other side (which you can't see in the store photos). So everyone can choose which side suits them better. I think it's more suited for women, as it would be low for shoulder men.

the pillow is just right height, it just came terribly twisted and it is not very easy to straighten the foam. It also smells funny, not the cover but the foam.
